For example, if you spend all day glued to your computer screen, then any interruptions in your attention can really affect you. Even small things like having to go to the bathroom or talking on the phone can make you lose your mind and lose your sense of perspective. Once these changes in your personality occur, it can be difficult to change them back.
All of these things that what your internet usage does to your mental health can be devastating. Many people are willing to pay money for programs and services. They hope this will help overcome their addiction to the internet.
